Alice Walker is calling February "the month of discovery" the reason may be tied to the fact that the year 2016 has brought on a change concerning her views on February. The famed Color Purple Author has just starting to embrace Black History Month, changing her perspective after at first seeing it as a form of segregation, according to one Huffington Post Article. Walkers thoughts on February shifted in time for her to post quite a few historical lessons according to some, as she recently joined Social Media, creating a Facebook Page. The Author hosted a Q & A on February 26th to discuss The Color Purple since its been adapted into a musical for the Broadway Stage.

According to Huff Post Walkers Page is like a History Lesson. We think Rapper J. Cole will certainly appreciate exploring it. The Rapper excelled in College and graduated at the top of his class, earning a Bachalor's Degree. The Rapper has regrets about his ability to retain historical dates for all the history lessons he learned during his collegiate years. Rapper J. Cole talked candidly with Tavis Smiley in an interview, mentioning that he wanted to become an avid reader. Though Black History Month is coming to a close, we think J. Cole will be visiting Alice Walkers Page quite often.

Kudos....
