Linda Carter, Gal Gadot

Thanksgiving is almost here and although we did not get to have our Wonder Woman in the White House, we still have a few things to celebrate. The United Nations named Wonder Woman as their Global Ambassador and made Global Politics seem a lot more fun and youthful. There is also a Wonder Woman Movie due in 2017 and though we d ont get to see Linda Carter sling her lasso and reflect bullets off her blinged out wrist, we get Gal Gadot, an Israleli Actress as a substitute for the classic storyline.

Gender Equality is an issue that will continue to be vital for all women, even if they are not serving in leadership in the workforce. We are responsible for keeping our homes running and our children on track with everything from play dates to recitals and off to school for learning while we plan to attend PTA Meetings and volunteer at book drives. We need positive role models like Wonder woman that represent courageousness and strength to remind us that we truly can be energetic enough to conquer and carry out our day to day task no matter how busy or difficult our lives get. Gender Equality is only one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that we are also working to improve right here in America. All of the goals are important no matter where we are living in the nation. That's all. Kudos...
